Tendering & sourcing
We run the whole materials tender as your agent: structure the enquiry, invite and chase suppliers, manage clarifications, and hand back a clean line-by-line comparison ready for your award.
Send the BOQ and drawings as they come from your QS. We work through them with your QS, settle specs, brands and gaps, and turn them into a tender-ready take-off. Every quantity is confirmed by your QS before it goes to market.
Site stopped for one material? We run the same-day phone-around, and the deeper hunts for specialty or oddly-specified items, bringing new verified suppliers onto your tender.
Site & delivery
When one package is awarded across several suppliers, we build and run the combined delivery plan: call-offs, offload slots and crane time sequenced against your programme, replanned when the site slips.
After award, we chase every open order for you: weekly supplier follow-ups, confirmed lead times, early warning on slippage, and one status report against your need-on-site dates.
Pre-dispatch checks at the yard, witness tests and certificate verification, arranged through accredited third-party inspection partners. Catch it at the yard, not at the gate.
Paperwork & compliance
Consultant-ready submittal packs chased and formatted, a managed sample register, green-building evidence mapped to Estidama or LEED, and the closeout warranty file assembled at the end.
A real check that a supplier is real: licence and VAT verified, brand authorisations confirmed, a yard visit done. Suppliers earn a verified badge; contractors can commission the same check before a big award.
Onboarding & account
We migrate your supplier contacts and live enquiries out of Excel and email, structure your projects on the platform, train the team, and sit beside you through your first live tender.
A named account manager on retainer: one number to call that sets up your tenders or bids, chases counterparties, and absorbs every follow-up and form.
