Scope of work
- Subcontract lay concrete blockwork to villa walls, including:
- Thermal blockwork (non-load-bearing, 10 mm mortar)
- AAC blockwork (10 mm adhesive)
- Solid blockwork - first course, wet-area (kitchen/bathroom) walls up to +1.20 m above FFL, and framing to all structural openings
- Concrete lintels to the lintel schedule, wall ties/anchors at alternate courses, reinforcing wall mesh every 3rd course, damp-proofing below blockwork, and 12 mm clearance joint to the primary structure
- INDICATIVE RATES (only subcontract without materials)
- Solid block work: AED 240 / m³
- Block walls 100–250 mm thick: AED 22 / m²
- Block walls 300 mm thick: AED 25 / m²
